Give an Hour is a nonprofit organization that provides free mental health services to U.S. military personnel and families affected by the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition to direct counseling services, providers work to reduce the stigma associated with mental health by participating in and leading education, training, and outreach effort in schools and communities and around military bases.

Services are free, confidential and unlimited. Through a network of more than 450 licensed mental health professionals, community outreach, and educational workshops for our therapists in military culture, PTSD and other psychological effects of war, The Soldiers Project has been able to help ease the transition back to civilian life for veterans and their families.
